Illustrated visual showing how Novelty Technology supports maternal health and personal safety through purpose-driven digital solutions.

As the year comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on the systems and the features we developed that empowered something far more meaningful:

The impact our technology helped create.

At Novelty, we have always believed that our work matters most when it serves a deeper purpose. When the products we build support people in their most vulnerable moments. When innovation becomes a bridge, connecting individuals, families, and communities to safety, care, and dignity.

In 2025, that belief became stronger than ever.

This year, we had the privilege of partnering with mission-driven organizations whose work extends far beyond technology. They tackle real human problems, and are redefining what support looks like, creating pathways for people who have traditionally been underserved or overlooked. As we share the same belief of empowering people and communities with innovation and technology, we are honored that they chose Novelty to help bring their visions to life.

Supporting Health, One Mother and Baby at a Time: MySwaddle

MySwaddle care pathway diagram showing how technology guides mothers through pregnancy and postpartum with proactive reminders, family support touchpoints, and preventative health interventions.

Maternal health in the United States remains a challenge, especially for Medicaid populations. MySwaddle is changing that with simplicity, clarity, compassion, and technology that works for real people.

Their platform stands as a lifeline for pregnant women, new mothers, and infants throughout the first year of life. It simplifies care pathways, delivers education, enables messaging with care teams, and helps reduce preventable risks through proactive support.

Behind every milestone we delivered this year, every improved pathway, every new feature, and every optimization, we saw the real impact:

  • A first-time mother understands her pregnancy journey with confidence
  • A care coordinator empowered with the insights needed to support her patient
  • A family receiving care steps, reminders, and education right when they needed it

When we think about “why we build,” these moments are the answer.

Protecting Those in Harm’s Way: Nexion Solutions

This year also brought us the opportunity to serve a different but equally urgent mission: protecting victims of violence and individuals at risk through real-time, life-saving technology.

Nexion Solutions is redefining personal safety for victims, high-risk witnesses, and vulnerable individuals who need immediate support. Nexion’s wearable technology and response platform allow people to call for help silently, discreetly, and instantly, bridging gaps in a system that often struggles to respond quickly enough.

Our work with Nexion reminded us that technology can do more than streamline tasks. It can save lives.

Every device activated, every data flow optimized, every alert delivered on time reinforces a powerful truth: the systems we build directly influence someone’s safety, security, and peace of mind.

The Common Thread: Technology With Purpose

Though MySwaddle and Nexion operate in different worlds, healthcare and public safety, their missions share the same core belief: People deserve better systems. Technology can help build them.

These organizations challenge us to think beyond the codebase:

  • How does this feature make someone’s life easier?
  • How does this workflow reduce stress or confusion?
  • How does this platform restore dignity, safety, or trust?
  • Will this system scale to reach those who need it most?

We take great pride in building the technology these missions depend on. By staying rooted in this purpose, we ensure every solution we create truly matters. We are more than a service provider; we are a partner in impact.

As we wrap up this year, we want to express our gratitude:

  • To our clients, for trusting us with your vision.
  • To our teams, for building with purpose.
  • To the communities, for reminding us why this work matters.
Happy New Year from Novelty Family.

Join us as we continue building technology with purpose. One story, one partnership, one impact at a time.
